In this course the students fabricate an interactive 3D prototype. Course contents include learning how to create 3D printable models using FreeCAD and Blender programs, and controlling sensors and electric motors with an Arduino microcontroller. The course is completed with a project work in groups of three students. In the course project the students design from scratch the mechanical parts for their prototype, fit them together with the provided electronic components and implement a control logic for Arduino. The course is evaluated pass/fail. 5 credits.

- The course is carried out in Spring 2016 on the 4th period as a Special Course in Information Technology (521149S).
